With a disabled parking card you can park for free anywhere in the municipality of Bergen. Please note: this does not apply to zone A. In zone A you can park freely for a maximum of 1.5 hours with your disabled parking card with a parking disc.

Yes, we have a toilet with 2 armrests and space in the toilet for a wheelchair.

A wheelchair can be borrowed at the cash register. Unfortunately it is not possible to make a reservation for this wheelchair.

Yes. the aquarium is fully accessible for wheelchair users.

Dogs are more than welcome in the aquarium! However, they must be well educated and on a leash, so they won’t disturb any other visitors.

The aquarium has its own parking area. Parking fees are € 2.00 per hour. To keep our car park exclusive for our visitors, the discount applies for a maximum of three hours. There are also many paid parking spaces in the immediate surrounding of the aquarium. More information about parking spaces and parking fees can be found on the website www.bergen-nh.nl.
